A creamy, spiced Kashmiri take on this smoked haddock, pea, rice & coriander dish. served with sour cream and mango chutney

Sauté pan with a rich tomato sauce with peppers, onions & touch of chilli  & wine, wilted spinach & pan-fried eggs with half a sourdough baguette  (add chorizo for £2)

A base of thinly sliced olive oil fried potatoes, roasted peppers, caramelised onion and whipped local farm eggs with cream and fresh herb mix. Served with leaves and a sticky tamarind dressing. Choose Leon chorizo or DOP manchego

Seasonal roast vegetables with red pepper, melted goats cheese, honey & marmalade glaze and nut topping. Smoky red pepper sauce and triple fried chips.

Thick trout fillet with king prawns, with an orange infused tomato and wine sauce, baked in parchment. House triple fried chips

The Club’s own festive turkey & pork sausages with our sautéed ‘Kartoffel spice’ potato, pancetta, peas and shallots and a turkey and white wine reduction and a red berry and port sauce

Thick slices of local fillet steak with a brandy and peppercorn sauce served on bed of pan-fried potatoes, honey & thyme roasted winter veg & wilted spinach
