Flattened pork escalopes with a smoked garlic, oregano and pink peppercorn rub. Patates LemonatesOlive oil baked potato wedges with lemon and herb dressing. Tzatziki and smoked hummus. Side of tomato, Kalamata olive and feta salad.

3 Peppercorn Rub Fillet | £24 (Choose Florentine or Bab’s Brunch Style)

Thick cut slices of steak from a slab of local Chateaubriand. Served with our triple fried chips and Chimmichurri salsa. Choose Florentine style with roasted vegetables or go Babs with two free range fried eggs and roasted garlic tomatoes.

Mediterranean vegetables with a melted goats cheese and honey topping. Roasted pepper sauce and basil oil.
