Seared pink and served with a sweet and sour red onion sauce. Pan fried potatoes with peppers, spinach and aged Parmesan
Wild Mushroom Wellington
Cepes and field mushrooms with truffle oil and chèvre blanc in butter puff pastry. Marsala sauce. Green bean, roasted yellow pepper and sesame warm salad.
