Ceremonial piping in of the haggis
Portobello mushroom and roasted red pepper stuffed with haggis or vegetable and highland berry stuffing
Scottish Loch Salmon with a Jura whisky and citrus rub. Served with a hot roasted beetroot , green bean and orange salad

with Talisker whisky, peppercorn and creme fraiche sauce
a Scottish Boarders, Winter dish with kale, turnips, potatoes, herbs and melted cheese. Served with slices of vegetarian haggis.

Baked plum and apple tart with muscovado syrup and whisky creme fraiche
Mature Scottish cheddar, warm apple and cinnamon bread, our crabapple jelly and a nip of Laphroig
