Final Steak Supper (FULLY BOOKED)

Calling all steak lovers and lovers of steak lovers – this is our final steak supper. A fabulous ifour course steak love affair with a choice of gorgeous locally sourced dry aged or fillet steak (oh what a choice!). Salad Starter

 Aveyron salad

Smoked lardons, Armagnac flamed walnuts, crumbled Roquefort, Gaillac red wine poached pear, leaves & house dressing


Confit of duck

Slow cooked duck with mooli, carrot, sesame, pear poached in red wine, leaves and a tamarind dressing



Aged Sirloin with smoked garlic butter or chimichurri

32 day, dry-aged, local sirloin with choice of sauces. triple fried chips, a tomato, feta and black olive salad


Medallions of beef fillet

with a brandy and green peppercorn sauce. dauphinoise and seared asparagus and roasted vine ripened tomatoes


Dessert or Cheese

Club Affogato

Hope Valley clotted cream ice cream, chocolate salted caramel and espresso shot for ‘drowning’. Square of intense chocolate brownie


Tricolour Meringue

Chewy meringue, pistachio ice cream and plum and apple compote with orange and calvados


Favourite Cheese (£3 supplement)

Your choice of three cheeses from our house cheese selection.  Served with biscuits, sea-salted butter and relish
