Steak Supper

Calling all steak lovers and lovers of steak lovers – this steak supper is a four course affair with a choice of gorgeous locally sourced dry aged or fillet steak (oh what a choice!). Accompanying image is for comedy purposes only and in no way represents the steak we serve – I think this man has incinerated his!



Trio of Tapenades

 Black olive and Parmesan. Sun-blush tomato and chilli pesto. Broad bean and pea

Salad Starter

 Aveyron salad

Smoked lardons, Armagnac flamed walnuts, crumbled Roquefort, white wine and saffron poached pear, leaves & house dressing


Duck Salad

Shredded confit of duck with roasted peppers, focaccia herb croutons, leaves and tamarind dressing



Aged Sirloin with smoked garlic butter or chimichurri

32 day, dry-aged, local sirloin with choice of sauces. triple fried chips, a stuffed tomato farçi


Medallions of beef fillet

Local fillet medallions with a brandy and green peppercorn sauce. dauphinoise with green beans wrapped in Black Forest ham


Dessert or Cheese

Chocolate heaven

Triple choc brownie with clotted cream ice cream and salted caramel choc sauce


Meringue with drunken Fruit

Boozy meringue with plum and apple with calvados and raspberry sorbet

 from our house cheese selection.  Served with biscuits, sea-salted butter and relish
