Our gourmet seafood nights are quite popular, a fabulous five course fish and shellfish extravagant menu.  This night we’re giving it a Mediterranean twist.  A decadent night for all you piscivores.

Amuse

Mini Ceviche

Lime cured seabass and salmon with coconut milk

Tiger Prawns 

Butterfly cut, flambéd in Armagnac and served with smoked garlic butter

Pan-seared cod and Loin of monkfish wrapped in pancetta served with salsa verde and lemon roasted potatoes
