Fisherman's Supper (FULLY BOOKED)

After a hard day at sea you’ll have worked up an appetite.  Choose one dish from each starter size round of fishy treats and then really push the boat out with a choice of pudding.


ROUND 1 – The Warm Up

 Crab and Chilli Linguine

Crab and claw meat, flash fried in butter garlic,  chilli, a splash of white wine and lots of fresh herbs, then tossed with linguine


Butt-Rub Salmon

Gently spiced fillet, roast beetroot, orange and mint 

ROUND 2 – The Cool Down

Mini Tuna Niçoise Salad

Fresh tuna coated with herbes de Provence with squeaky French beans, cherry tomatoes, new potatoes, shallots and house dressing 


Poached Loch Trout Salad

Our wine and herb poached loch trout fillet, with leaves, asparagus, nut crusted feta cheese served with a dill mayo

 ROUND 3 – The Classics

 Gourmet Fish Pie

Pieces of lovely salmon and chunky cod, juicy tiger prawns and some tasty naturally smoked haddock in a creamy wine and parsley sauce with a crushed new potato and melted Wensleydale topping


The Ultimate Fish Finger Sandwich

Chunky strips of cod fillet, coated in a a herbed sourdough breadcrumb. Fried in caper and lemon butter and served in brioche with dill mayo and leaves

 ROUND 4 – Pudding

Churros Waffles

Fingers of freshly made Liege waffles, pots of hot dark chocolate and caramel salted sauce and a side of clothe cream ice cream


Boozy Fruit Meringue

Meringue with duo of intense sorbets with druken fruity topping
