Summer Sunset Supper (FULLY BOOKED)

As Summer winds down we’ve got a month of final Summer parties and celebrations.  Come and join us for this Summer Sunset Supper.  Some of our favourite Summer dishes and a table booked in the garden as well as inside.

Amuse

Club Gazpacho

Our chilled Summer soup with a little hint of lovely Manzanilla

Starters

Es cojonudo

Rounds of toasted sourdough, sun blush pesto, Leon chorizo, fried quails eggs and basil leaves

Or

Basque Goats cheese

Toasts, caramelised onion, melted chèvre blanc, honey and orange glaze. Leaf salad

Or

Spiced Salmon

Spiced salmon fillet with lime and tequila crème fraiche. Leaves

Mains 

Lamb Kleftiko

8hr slow cooked local Eyam lamb, with a stuffing of feta, sun blushed tomatoes and lemon. Served with ‘Patates Lemonates’ olive oil baked potato wedges with lemon and herb dressing

or

Seafood Parcel

Chunky cod and prawns in a rich tomato, wine, caper and olive sauce. Baked in parchment with peppers and spinach. Served with smoked paprika chips

Or

Mediterranean Vegetable Stack

Griddle aubergine, courgette, peppers and butternut squash. Melted cave aged cheddar and smoked mozzarella topping. Smoky red pepper sauce and basil oil. Served with our triple fried chips

Persian Meringue

Soft and chewy meringue, saffron and white wine poached pear, honey cream, rose petals and almonds

Cointreau and dark chocolate pot au chocolate. Served with kitchen garden lavender, honey and orange shortbreads and a square of our intense chocolate brownie
