The Ski Lodge

Our fabulous ski lodge is open for your après-ski pleasure.  Join us for an amazing Aubrac Mountain menu including a starter of gourmet fondue with forfeits.  Our ski instructor will be on hand if you fancy trying our ski jump upstairs. Prizes for the best jump.  A nod to ski wear is actively encouraged with a prize for the most stylish on the slopes.

Cheese Fondue

Made with lots of white wine and a dash of kirsch with hunks of assorted artisan bread and

gourmet charcuterie and veg nibbles for dipping

(forfeits for those that lose their nibbles in the pot)


Boeuf En Daube

Chunks of best local beef, marinated in red wine

and very slow cooked with lardons, thyme, shallots and garlic


Wild Mushroom Wellington

made with goats cheese and truffle oil with a cep and

Marsala wine sauce (v)


Both dishes served with spiced red cabbage with rum and apple and creamy aligot mash


Hot Salted Chocolate Caramel and Brandy sauce pot with lovely fruit and marshmallows to skewer
