Club Winter Supper

Three courses of the Club’s favourite winter warmers with a sharing board of winter nibbles to start followed by a choices of mains and puddings and a fire blazing outside.  Wrap up and join us for a cosy night at the club.

 

Starter

Sharing Board of Winter Nibbles

Chorizo and quails eggs

Halloumi and sun blushed tomato pesto

Smoked haddock & Talisker whisky pate

Griddled aubergine and smoked hummus

Mains

Gourmet Stew and Dumplings

Chicken, pancetta, tarragon and white wine with smoked mozzarella dumplings

Slow cooked beef daube in red wine and juniper with roquefort and parsley dumplings

Three bean and roasted pepper vegetable ragu with vegetarian suet dumplings with cave aged cheddar and chive dumplings

Desserts

Warm Cardamon and Marsala Roasted Pear

With salted caramel chocolate sauce, clotted cream ice-cream and toasted almonds

Baked Plum and Apple Tart

Rich muscavado syrup and honey mascarpone cream

Hot Chocolate Affogato

Our house affogato made with a shot of Espresso and nip of something warming
