OK, Spring hasn’t officially sprung quite yet but us early birds here at the club are planning a lovely Spring Supper just for you.
Sweet potato and sweetcorn. Smoked mozzarella croutons
Basque vegetarian Pintxos
Taster plate of baked aubergine with smoked hummus and crumbled feta and sun blush pesto with griddled halloumi and figs in syrup. Olive oil bread.
Griddled Leon chorizo, fried quails eggs, herb toasts
The Farmer’s Tart!
All butter pastry case, slow roasted ham hock, caramelised onion and cave aged cheddar. Rocket and leaves with sticky tamarind dressing
Flattened pork escalopes with a smoked garlic, oregano and pink peppercorn rub. Patates Lemonates – Olive oil baked potato wedges with lemon and herb dressing. Tzatziki and smoked hummus. Side of tomato, Kalamata olive and feta salad.
Roasted Vegetable Stack
Mediterranean vegetables with a melted goats cheese and honey topping. Roasted pepper sauce and basil oil. Side of triple fried chips
Crab with lemon & dlll mayo. Pan fried king prawns in smoked garlic butter. BBQ rub salmon with mint yoghurt. Served with a leaf salad and side of triple fried chips.
Club Chocolate duo
Melvin’s naughty triple choc brownie and Liege waffle fingers with salted chocolate caramel sauce. Clotted cream ice cream
Green pistachio ice cream, red plum and apple compote and white chewy meringue with flaked almonds
