Are you ready for our final Spring Celebration Feast?  Come and toast goodbye to Spring and hello to Summer, just round the corner with some of our very favourite club classics.

A wonderful four course menu with an amuse to begin.  Guaranteed to put a spring in your step.

 

Amuse

Carpaccio and colour

Peppercorn beef or Aleppo spiced halloumi with trio of tapenade and herb toast

Starter

Moules Marinière 

Our Club version with Gaillac white wine, shallots, herbs and cream

Or

Paris café tartlet

Special butter pastry, caramelised onion, chevre blanc. Leaves and seeds. House dressing

Or

Lamb Keftedes

Local lamb, pine nut and red wine meatballs with herb, tomato and feta salad

Palate Cleanser 

Le Trou Normande

Shot of iced calvados and green apple sorbet

Mains

Louisiana crab stuffed cod 

Creole spices and a lemon and Parmesan breadcrumb coating. Served with Rouille mayonnaise. Herb Salad. Paprika Chips 

Or

Steak Florentine 

Slices of rare fillet with griddled vegetables, portobello mushrooms and chimichurri. Side of triple fried chips

Persian aubergine plate 

Filled with spiced bean stew, crumbled feta. Served with almond & herb rice and mango salsa

Desserts or Cheese

Cardamom, ginger and white wine pear with meringue and honey mascarpone
