Our French Summer Fête Champêtre Feast will hopefully start in the garden where you can enjoy a chilled Kir and perhaps a game of boules before the evening dinner commences. Loosen all garments and take your time with this five course Feast.

Pavé de Boeuf salad
Centre cut Chateaubriand steak with roasted peach, crumbled Roquefort, roasted tomato, leaves and balsamic reduction
Sweet and spiced roasted peppers
Rice stuffing with Agen prune, chilli, thyme, goats cheese. Dill and lemon mayonnaise.
Our own Toulouse sausages, ham hock, confit of duck and smoked lardons, slow cooked with haricot beans, herbs and Gaillac white wine to create a super indulgent meaty treat. Served with a simple green salad with a tangy citrus vinaigrette.
Monk fish, salmon & king prawn ‘en papillote’
Baked in parchment with a fish stock, Gaillac white wine and tomato sauce. Samphire and lemon. Served with a bowl of our triple fried chips.

A summer vegetarian take on our Southern French festive feast, with our roast vegetable stack topped with chèvre blanc and a caramelised onion, pepper and olive tartlet.
