Tagliata Steak* sliced, rare, dry-aged, local steak with aged Parmesan, rocket and salsa verde. Roasted tomatoes with pancetta and herb stuffing and dauphinoise potatoes
Crab and Chilli* linguine with cherry tomatoes, white wine and aged Parmesan
Wild mushroom and Asparagus* frittata with a spicy tomato jam and green bean, roasted pepper and sesame seed warm salad.
