As our days get busier and evening events booked up we are looking to add to our little but lovely kitchen team (that’s just Kitty!). We are quite flexible about the person who might join us.
You could be;
⁃ A school leaver who loves food, is excited about a possible career as a chef and would like to earn some money whilst studying a catering apprenticeship. This would be a full time role. Mondays at College, Wednesday to Saturday in our kitchen and Sunday and Tuesday off.
⁃ An already trained chef looking to develop your experience and expertise. Our evening menu changes daily so will hopefully present some exciting challenges. Initially this would be on a part-time basis, but if you like us and we like your talents this could develop into a full time position.
⁃ A real foodie of any age that loves to cook at home but would like the opportunity to gain the experience of a busy, professional kitchen. We are happy to provide training and support for the right person. This would be on a part time basis only with a minimum of 2 day time or evening shifts.
Most importantly you will know a bit about us, appreciate that we cook everything freshly, understand that we work really bloody hard but in a supportive and friendly environment and aim to be really proud of the food you present to our guests.
Our Sophie (the super multi-skilled Commis Chef pictured above playing chip jenga) has successfully completed her chef apprenticeship with us and will be leaving at the end of June to head to Leeds where she will studying for a degree.
