White wine poached salmon fillet with creamy scrambled local eggs, chives, buttered sourdough toast and dill and lemon mayo.

Sauté pan with a rich tomato sauce with peppers, onions & touch of chilli & wine, wilted spinach & pan-fried eggs with half a sourdough baguette (add chorizo for £2)
