A fabulous feast of an evening with Venetian dishes from some famous bacari and ristorantes in Venice.  We’re planning to order a nice sunset so you can have your aperitifs outside…

Goats cheese, onion and fennel Crostini – Cantinone–già Schiavi

Goats cheese melted on caramelised onion on sourdough toast



Linguini alle vongole

Clams with white wine, anchovy, garlic and flat leaf parsley



rolled aubergine with an artichoke tapenade with mozarrella filling (with or without finocchioni – fennel salami)

Tagliata – Vini Da Arturo

Thick cut 28-day dry aged sirloin, seared extra hot to leave a super tender, rare centre served studded with green peppercorns and with a brandy sauce


Baked Monkfish with Nut Crust – D’Orio

Baked monkfish with crust of mix nuts with spinach and a piccante Salsa Verde


melanzane – Cassariano

Roasted aubergines and courgettes layered with a rosé port tomato sauce and rich béchamel and aged Parmesan topping with sourdough crumb.

House Italian cheeseboard with roast summer fruit

fresh pecorino and a creamy rich gorgonzola and lightly smoked mozarella served with marsala roasted peaches, honey mascarpone cream and amaretti biscuit



To finish

espresso shot, gelato, chocolate salted caramel sauce (with an optional shot of grappa)
