Late Summer Steak Supper

Calling all steak lovers and lovers of steak lovers – this steak supper is a four course affair is a tasting menu where you just need to choose which gorgeous locally sourced steak you fancy  – dry aged ribeye or fillet steak (oh what a choice!).  We’ll ask for your steak choice in advance but you can choose pudding on then night.

Amuse

Mini ratatouille tartlet with smoked mozzarella

Salad Starter

Aveyron salad

Smoked lardons, Armagnac flamed walnuts, crumbled Roquefort, Gaillac red wine poached pear, leaves & house dressing

Main event

Dry-aged Rib Eye

Super flavoursome, marbled fat coated in a 3 peppercorn rub and served with our smoked garlic butter

OR

Medallions of beef fillet

Lean and melt in the mouth texture. Served with our Club take on the famous L’Entrecôte sauce

Both main dishes served with our triple fried chips and house salads

Dessert or Cheese

Café Glacé

A square of Armagnac and coffee dark chocolate brownie, bowl of clotted cream ice cream with salted caramel chocolate sauce and a side shot of espresso. Perfect with a digestif

OR

Rose meringue 

Chewy, soft meringue, intense raspberry sorbet, plums and berries marinated in rosé port. Toasted almonds

Club Cheeseboard

Your choice of three cheeses from our house cheese selection.  Served with biscuits, sea-salted butter and relish
