A gourmet five course tasting menu  for veggies, those who love veg and those who love those who love veg.  A veritable, vegetable feast.


Course 1

Leek, spinach and crumbled feta tartlet

Our all butter pastry with softened leeks, wilted spinach, peppercorns and crumbled feta with a sprinkling of toasted pinenuts. Served with a light Dijon mayo and herb salad

Course 2

Persian egg plant roast

Oven roasted Aubergine with Za’atar and pomegranate served with buttermilk sauce

Course 3

Tamarind, noodle and shredded vegetable hot salad

Buckwheat noodles, peppers, red cabbage, radish, tenderstem broccoli and fresh herbs with a tamarind, maple & peanut sticky sauce

Course 4

Wild mushroom, smoked vodka stroganoff with wild and basmati rice

Porcini, chanterelle, chestnut and field mushrooms with rose garlic, Marsala wine, crème fraiche and a splash of Chase smoked vodka. Served with black and basmati rice mixed with spinach

Course 5

Crème cassis poached pear, chewy meringue and honey vanilla cream

Soft poached pear, syrupy spiced wine and cassis jus. Jo’s sticky meringue and a delicious mascarpone cream with local honey
