Onion and anchovy tartlet*
all butter pastry with lemon thyme and sea salt. Caramelised onion and a farci of anchovy, red pepper and chives. Herb salad. *works really well with black olive instead of anchovy for a vegetarian option
strips of 28 day aged sirloin with roasted peach, crumbled Roquefort, roasted tomato, leaves and balsamic reduction
slow cooked duck leg, white wine and juniper reduction, aligot mash, green beans with shallots and sun-blush tomatoes
Seared swordfish steak with a caper and lemon butter, roasted cherry tomatoes, squeaky green beans, griddled Charlotte potatoes, Kalamata black olives, soft poached egg, fresh herbs and our Club dressing

Aubergine, peppers, courgettes and sweet potato with melted chèvre blanc. Honey, orange and walnut glaze. Piment d’Espelette and tomato sauce.
