We’re finishing our Neapolitan weekend with a five course, Southern Italian Feast. Devised by Emilio Arciello together with our whole kitchen team.  Inspired by experiences and flavours from Naples and surround Campania.

Wild Boar ragu

slow cooked haunch with juniper, black olives and red wine. Served with pan fried potatoes with wilted spinach, caramelised onion and Parmesan

Cozze alla Marinara

a stew of mussels and pancetta wrapped cod, peppers, white wine. Served with herb crostini

Or

Parmigiana di Melenzane

layers of roasted aubergine and the intense tomato sauce topped with a bechamel with Parmesan and topped with roasted seeds

For the table

Crisp green leaf and herb salad and club dressing

Balsamic and extra virgin oil with an Italian loaf

Frutta e Formaggio with Caciocavallo, fresh pecorino, roasted fruit and a warm apple and cinnamon bread

Neapolitan meringue, (green pistachio ice cream, white chewy meringue and red berry fruit compote)
