Starters – All £7

Roasted Vegetable Terrine

Layers of aubergine, courgette, peppers, sweet potato and spinach. Served with smokey pepper sauce, basil oil and herb flatbreads

Beef Carpaccio

Peppercorn coated, rare fillet slices. Pink horseradish, Rocket and balsamic dressing. Olive oil toasts.

Basque Goats cheese

Sourdough, red pepper, melted goats cheese with honey marmalade glaze. Chorizo, walnut and lambs lettuce salad

Mains

 

Spring Frittata | £12

Local eggs with cream, herbs, asparagus, peas, fried potatoes and goats cheese. Leaves with sticky tamarind dressing. (Add white wine poached salmon + £3)

Lamb Cutlets | £22.50

From Paul’s French trimmed rack of lamb. Olive oil, rosemary, lemon and sea salt rub. Served on our Gaillac red wine ratatouille with creamy dauphinois potatoes

Persian Aubergine plate | £14

Grilled auberine with a saffron and ginger spiced bean stew, crumbled feta. Served with almond & herb rice and mango salsa

Neopolitan Meatballs | £15.50

Massimo’s special with pancetta, sun blush tomato and basil. Tomato, red wine, cream and chilli pesto sauce. Pan fried potatoes and Parmesan shavings

Basque Seafood Parcel | £19.50

Parchment baked chunky cod, salmon and prawns with a chorizo, tomato and white wine sauce. Roasted peppers and spinach leaves. Served with a bowl of triple fried chips
