C&W Gourmet Summer Feast

A decadent  Summer celebration.  Aperitifs in the garden, the firebowls and candles lit, an outside and indoor table saved.  Start al fresco and just head indoors if it gets nippy.  A fabulous Summer menu with a choice of starters, main courses and chocolate or fruit and cheese to finish.  A fabulous excuse to dig out the summer frock..boys!


The summer tartlet

Mini tart with our all butter pastry filled with caramelised onion, goats cheese, strawberry and crushed peppercorns


Es cojonudo

Rounds of toasted sourdough,  sun blush pesto, Leon chorizo, fried quails eggs and basil leaves



Lime and chill cured sea bass and salmon with coconut milk and coriander. Served with herb flatbreads for scooping


Basque Goats cheese

Toasts, melted chèvre blanc, honey and orange glaze. Leaf salad.

Palate cleanser

Summer Sorbet Bellini

Tangy raspberry sorbet, rosé port soaked fruit and a splash of our favourite bubbly

Mains from the BBQ or Griddle

Greek Lamb

Marinated lamb cutlets, lemon roasted potatoes, tzatziki. Served with a feta and plum tomato salad with fresh oregano


Tuna Agrodolche

Seared yellow fin tuna steak with a sweet and sour red wine and onion reduction. Pan fried potatoes, peppers and olive oil. Rocket salad, aged Parmesan and balsamic dressing


Mediterranean Vegetable Stack

Griddle aubergine, courgette, peppers and butternut squash. Melted chèvre blanc cheese topping with a local honey and orange glaze. Smoky red pepper sauce and basil oil. Served with our triple fried chips


Persian Meringue

Soft and chewy meringue, saffron and white wine poached pear, honey cream, rose petals and almonds


Pot au Chocolate

Cointreau and dark chocolate. Served with kitchen garden lavender, honey and orange shortbreads


Yorkshire Cheeseboard

Whitby ‘alpine’ style cheese and farmhouse Wensleydale. Warm apple and cinnamon bread and Nicola’s relish
