Club Summer Supper

A wonderful Summer supper for you to water-ski along to.  Our pick of the best starters, main courses and puddings to get you in the mood for those hot days ahead at the club.

 

 

Amuse

Aveyronnais tartlet

Mini pastry with caramelised onion, lemon thyme, Roquefort and Gaillac red wine poached pear

Some of our favourite bite sized nibbles – Tuna carpaccio, Sloe gin cured salmon, King prawns with our smoked garlic butter

Summer salad plate our favourite salad mix 

Torn mozzarella, Parma ham, balsamic roast peach, seared asparagus, focaccia croutons, leaves and house vinaigrette 

Mains

Psari Plaki

One of our favourite Greek dishes where chunky cod fillet is oven roasted with wine on lemon and garlic potatoes. Lots of extra virgin olive oil and fresh oregano.

served with a tomato, feta and Kalamata olive salad and Tzatziki

Simple but delicious…a Club Summer favourite – 28 day aged sirloin, red wine reduction, roast tomato farçi, Dauphinois potatoes

Mediterranean vegetable stack

Intense summer flavours – roasted aubergine, courgettes, sweet potato and and griddled peppers. Topped with melted goats cheese with a honey, orange and pepper corn glaze. Served with thin cut triple fried chips with a smoked paprika salt.
