Simple but delicious…a Club Summer favourite – 28 day aged sirloin, red wine reduction, roast tomato farçi, Dauphinois potatoes
Mediterranean vegetable stack
Intense summer flavours – roasted aubergine, courgettes, sweet potato and and griddled peppers. Topped with melted goats cheese with a honey, orange and pepper corn glaze. Served with thin cut triple fried chips with a smoked paprika salt.
